Tippet Rise Fund

The Tippet Rise Fund supports organizations whose work and values are aligned with the Tippet Rise Art Center. Tippet Rise Art Center was created by Cathy and Peter Halstead, and is set on a 13,000 acre working ranch in Fishtail, Montana. It presents concerts by world-renowned classical musicians and exhibits large-scale contemporary outdoor sculptures.

The Tippet Rise Fund’s grants enrich local cultural and educational opportunities and ensure the security of the land and its inhabitants. The Fund supports selected organizations that work in partnership with the Tippet Rise Art Center.

The Fund supports:

Arts & Arts Education:  Bringing classical music, theatre, and visual arts experiences to the community, and new opportunities for students and the public to study the arts and explore their own creativity.

Community Organizations:  Building the capacity of local youth, education, arts, and environmental organizations to meet the evolving needs of the community.

Emergency Services:  Strengthening fire, ambulance, and other emergency service providers to keep our land and communities safe.

Indigenous Communities:  Supporting Native American-led programs that help indigenous artists and cultural leaders to succeed and thrive in Montana.
